Cover art for the upcoming ANICON / BELUS split LP by Jack Schneider. This will be a co-release between Denmark’s DEAD SECTION RECORDS and FRAGILE BRANCH from the US. Look for it late May.

Anicon plays Hulls record release show this Friday and are joined by Iron Force.  Going to be great.

Great video of a new Anicon song from the show with Thou the other night thanks to Unartig.

Anicon plays Saint Vitus next Tuesday with Northless, Belus, and Pharoah!  We’re looking forward to it.

Here’s video from the Anicon show this past Saturday with Yellow Eyes and Vorde.  This song will be on the forthcoming split LP with Belus.  We really had a great time at this show and the other bands played great sets — looking forward to doing it again.

This is footage from the second Trenchgrinder show in Mexico city, February 16, 2014.  The video doesn’t do the insanity of the show justice.

Anicon plays our first show of the new year this Saturday with two of the best black metal bands in Brooklyn, Yellow Eyes and Vorde!  We’ll be playing our material for the upcoming split with Belus for the first time at this one.

After playing the second day of Acheron D-Fest this Saturday Trenchgrinder will be playing this show with Tragedy and a slew of others the next day.  If you’re in Mexico City or nearby, come party with us!

I leave in a couple days for Mexico City where Trenchgrinder will play the second day of Acheron D-Fest.  Really looking forward to it.

The lineup is as follows:

Friday, February 14th

Black Tusk

Sad Boys

Hell Maistroz

Black Overdrive

Saturday, February 15th

Toxic Holocaust

Lecherous Gaze

Drawing based on an old photograph I saw the other day. It reminded me of an instance walking through Brooklyn a few years ago in the snow. The sidewalk was a little treacherous so I was looking at it pretty intently and then seemingly out of nowhere in my peripheral vision just ahead there was an aggressive black dog blocking my path. It was twilight an hard to make out, but I quickly realized the otherworldly monster was actually a fire hydrant. Still scared the shit outta me though.
